Worship resources in different languages

Worship materials (originally produced for World Debt Day 2004 but which can be adapted for use at any time), a new drama sketch and sermon notes exploring the roots and impact of the debt crisis are available on this page in Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

The prayer produced for World Debt Day 2005 is also available in a number of languages on the main World Debt Day worship resources page.

The sketch gives dramatic expression to the cumulative indignities to which countries are subjected to and the unjust nature of imposed debt.

In the sermon, the well known Gospel parable of the unforgiving servant is used as a basis for exploring the historical roots of the debt crisis and the achievements of the debt campaign. The need for further progress is supported by encouragement from around the world to see the campaign through to a successful conclusion.
