Details: Accompanies the Debt and Public Services briefing published by Jubilee Debt Campaign in October 2007, or can stand alone as an introduction to the issue. A simple presentation of some basic facts, along with many photographs, showing how debt burdens increase the suffering of those living in poor countries, causing them to miss out on basic public services such as healthcare, education, water or energy supplies.
