22 Oct - Chain links signed in Malvern
Here are the congregation of Lansdowne Crescent Methodist Church with their paper chains signed during One World Week on Sunday. Rev Alison Richards writes: "During the service many of us completed the Jubilee for Justice chain link and the children joined them together before we sang the final hymn We are marching in the light of God and the chain was carried round the church by the children. The congregation were then invited to make the pledge their own by saying Amen at the end, before going outside to have the photo taken."

2 Sept - Jubilee for Justice at Greenbelt
Audrey Miller writes: "Jubilee Debt Campaigners braved really tough condition over the Bank holiday weekend at Greenbelt."
"On the Saturday afternoon they had half a dozen or so deluges of monsoon-like rain interspersed with bright sunlight. This led to periodically streams of water appearing in the tent and the volunteers standing ankle deep in mud." More >>

7 June 2012 - 'Jubolympics' in Birmingham
A great event in Birmingham last night. Staged in St Philip's Square, Birmingham Jubilee Debt Campaign activists held a race between poor countries (skeletons), bankers and the International Monetary Fund: the 'Jubolympics'! (With apologies to anyone who hasn't seen the tv programme Twenty-Twelve...)
Well done to everybody who took part in the run. One regret though - you shouldn’t have let the IMF win all the races!
The stunt got local media coverage as well - featuring in the Birmingham Mail.
5 Jun 2012 - First chain links signed over Diamond Jubilee weekend
Activists around the country began collecting signatures for our Jubilee for Justice petition this weekend, despite the rain. Thanks a lot if it was you braving the elements!

We’ve launched our campaign today ahead of the Diamond Jubilee this weekend. Read the press release >>
The centrepiece is a giant paper chain petition to the Prime Minister calling for a new debt jubilee in response to the financial crisis. We're aiming to collect thousands and thousands of chain links around the UK in the coming months. Help get us off to a good start by signing the petition >>
There's also a public faith leaders letter to sign, and a variety of campaign materials to order.
